The room, spacious enough for three guests, provided essential amenities such as a good supply of mirrors, ideal for teenagers. The breakfast spread was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options to kickstart the day.The hotel's indoor pool was a pleasant addition, perfect for a morning dip. Although some nearby restaurants were closed during my visit, the on-site dining experience was enjoyable. Staff were cheery and accommodating, adding to the overall positive impression.While Mercure Lyon Centre Plaza République may not boast extravagant luxury, it offers a decent level of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience at a reasonable price point. For those looking to explore Lyon without breaking the bank, this hotel is a good choice.
